Ralf Kachel is a Managing Director of Accso GmbH and has many years of experience in consulting and implementing complex software and digitalization projects. His areas of expertise include mobility - particularly rail transport and automotive - as well as transport and logistics.

He supports clients throughout all phases of a software project - from strategic conception through architecture and implementation to successful operations. Ralf Kachel places particular emphasis on modern, future‑oriented development methods and technologies, including AI‑native software engineering and agentic coding, in order to create sustainable value for clients.
