Katharina Schmidt

Katharina is a Talent Manager at Accso, overseeing the entire recruitment process—from applicant management and proactive candidate sourcing to the successful onboarding of highly qualified employees. In addition, she plays an active role in shaping the onboarding experience and is involved in organizing and conducting the company’s Welcome Days. As part of this two-day program, Katharina delivers insightful presentations to provide new employees with essential information about the company and to warmly welcome them to the team. With an academic degree in Business Administration, specializing in Human Resources, Katharina brings extensive expertise to her role. She applies her broad knowledge to her daily work and leverages it to continuously enhance HR processes at Accso.
