Markus Dechert has been part of Accso since 2013, bringing with him over 15 years of extensive experience as an IT consultant. Throughout his career, he has excelled in a variety of roles, including developer, requirements engineer, architect, Scrum Master, Product Owner, project manager, strategy and organizational consultant, coach, and trainer.

Today, he is a passionate advocate for Agile and Lean principles, playing a pivotal role in shaping Accso’s IT organizational consulting services. With deep expertise and hands-on experience in frameworks like Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Nexus, and others, he actively supports clients in establishing and optimizing their IT organizations and digital development projects.
