Markus Dechert

Markus Dechert has been with Accso since 2013. Our customers benefit from his more than 15 years of extensive experience as an IT consultant. During this time, he has worked as a developer, requirements engineer, architect, scrum master, product owner, project manager, strategy and organizational consultant, coach and trainer. Today, he is above all a passionate protagonist for the topics of Agile & Lean and plays a key role in shaping our range of IT organizational consulting services. With his knowledge and extensive practical experience from Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Nexus & Co, he provides hands-on support to our customers in setting up and improving their IT organization and their digital development projects. He is a partner at Accso and heads the Darmstadt team "Guardians".
