Markus Dechert joined Accso in 2013. Our customers benefit from his more than 15 years of comprehensive experience as an IT consultant. During this time, he has worked as a developer, requirements engineer, architect, Scrum Master, product owner, project manager, strategy and organization consultant, coach, and trainer.

Today, he is primarily a passionate advocate for agile and lean topics and plays a key role in shaping our IT organization consulting services. With his knowledge and extensive practical experience in Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Nexus, and other methodologies, he provides hands-on support to our customers in setting up and improving their IT organizations and digital development projects. He feels particularly at home in the field of rail transport.

He is a partner at Accso, where he heads up the Travel, Transportation & Logistics business unit alongside Florian Kraus and leads the Darmstadt-based Guardians team.
