With more than 25 years of experience in the transportation and logistics industry, he helps companies improve their processes, develop suitable IT solutions, and successfully implement digital and organizational changes.

His strength lies in bridging complex business and IT requirements and collaborating with clients to design practical solutions - from process analysis and design through to the successful implementation of new systems. His focus is on sustainable improvements, holistically efficient workflows, and tangible benefits for users.

Michael Tobiasch has extensive experience in, the implementation and optimization of transport management systems (TMS), logistics platforms, and digital processes utilizing workflow, OCR, and AI technologies. Through his consulting work at Q_PERIOR and A'PARI Consulting, as well as his roles at major logistics service providers Rhenus Logistics and DACHSER and the TMS provider Translogica, he brings a broad understanding of the challenges facing the logistics industry and its IT systems.
