Focus and priorities
Thomas Jäger is currently driving forward the topic of AI-native: the consistent integration of AI into all areas of software engineering. His focus is not on the use of individual tools, but on embedding AI as an integral part of development processes, architectures, and software operations. His goal is to make AI-supported working methods the norm at Accso – both in his own work and in the solutions created for customers.
As managing director, he is responsible for technology management, innovation, and marketing. His focus is on actively shaping Accso's service offerings and introducing them to the market – from the initial idea to development and positioning vis-à-vis customers.
His areas of expertise in software engineering include:
- Organizational development – setting up IT organizations to be efficient and future-proof
- Software architecture – designing viable system landscapes and enterprise architecture
- Cloud – from strategy development to the implementation of cloud-based solutions.
- Operations – reliable operation of software systems and the connection between development and operations.
