AI Potential Analysis

The AI Potential Analysis Workshop provides you with a quick, reliable assessment of your current situation: Where can AI have the greatest impact in your day-to-day work – and what exactly does it take to make that happen?

Recurring routine tasks, manual process steps, and media breaks create a great deal of avoidable effort. This often leaves too little time for the high-quality, personalized handling of challenging tasks. The growing shortage of staff and skilled workers exacerbates these problems. This is where artificial intelligence and agents can help.

Potential Analysis as the Foundation for Your AI Strategy

In a one-day workshop, we’ll work with your business and technical stakeholders to identify where time is currently lost due to searching, data preparation, manual steps, repetitive communication, or decision-making loops—and which AI-supported use cases are realistic in those areas.

The workshop is divided into three phases:

1. Introduction to the Basics of AIWhat tools are available?

The workshop begins with a brief introduction to the fundamental capabilities as well as the limitations of current AI tools. This phase is designed to give all participants a realistic understanding, based on specific AI functions, of the available building blocks, agents, and capabilities, and how they can be combined.

2. Identification of potential areas of applicationWhere is AI worth it?

This phase is designed to gather the most important information and clearly assess the current situation. To this end, we work with you to analyze your business processes and identify where the use of AI truly makes sense.

In mixed groups—for example, consisting of executives and subject matter experts—ideas are generated, refined, and consolidated step by step.

Our experts provide continuous feedback on technical feasibility to ensure that visions are transformed into viable candidates.

3. Prioritization and RoadmapWhat happens next?

The prioritization of the identified areas of application concludes the workshop. In this phase, concrete proposals are presented on how AI can be integrated into your business processes and what steps are necessary to achieve this.

The identified potential, initial feasibility and risk assumptions (e.g., data availability, quality, compliance), and specific next steps serve as a pragmatic foundation for pilot projects, proof of value, and an actionable AI roadmap.

Case Story

Innovation Workshop at LOGICHECK

Accso helped LOGICHECK identify specific opportunities for AI—and quickly translate them into tangible results. During a one-day workshop, participants from executive management, business units, and the technical department developed concrete use cases. Two prototypes were created based on the prioritized results.

We integrate AI holistically into your process and data landscape

The use of generative AI must be considered across the entire enterprise. That’s why we don’t just integrate AI solutions into individual applications on a case-by-case basis, but rather integrate them across platforms and domains into end-to-end business processes. Process automation and specialized AI agents optimally bring together the digital customer experience, digital service workflows in the back office, and the intelligent use of your digital data and documents.
