Dr. Helena Unger

Dr. Helena Unger leads the Smart Industry division as a Partner, focusing on Industrial Data Science and the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). This division supports companies of all sizes in tackling the challenges of the future. She brings a unique blend of extensive practical experience in IT and diverse industries, including manufacturing, automotive, transport, and logistics.

Dr. Unger combines her professional expertise with a strong academic foundation. She studied Applied Mathematics and earned her doctorate in Artificial Intelligence from the Technical University of Berlin. Following this, she worked as a professor in the field and continues to mentor bachelor’s and master’s students on the latest advancements.

She is a passionate advocate for promoting women in leadership roles. Professionally, her interests include #Industry4.0, #MachineLearning, #Leadership, #SmartIndustries, #DataScience, #VirtualReality, #AugmentedReality, and #SmartMachines.

Dr. Unger lives near Wiesbaden with her husband and son. Outside of work, she pursues her passions for #ScubaDiving, #ClayShooting, #CamperVanLife, and #UrbanLiving.
