Kay Dörnemann

Kay Dörnemann has been an Accsonaut since 2011 and serves as a Principal at Accso - Accelerated Solutions GmbH. His passion for IT, particularly programming, was sparked early on, and he now brings over 20 years of experience across various industries and technologies.

In projects, Kay takes on diverse roles. As a project manager, he ensures the successful delivery of development and consulting projects. Having spent many years in the Java ecosystem, he has since made the Microsoft world his professional home. As an ISAQB-certified architect, he designs .NET applications and continues to actively program in C# and other languages. Over the years, he has also become deeply familiar with Azure, where he develops and manages applications and IT landscapes. Automation has always been a personal passion, which he frequently implements using Azure DevOps.

As co-leader of Accso’s .NET Community—one of the company’s oldest and largest—Kay drives topics ranging from Azure to C# to DevOps. He shares his knowledge with colleagues both within and beyond the community while staying on top of emerging trends and technologies.

IT security and data protection are additional areas he is deeply committed to. Kay not only brings his expertise to consulting projects with clients but also shares his insights with his fellow Accsonauts, fostering a culture of knowledge and awareness around these critical topics.
