Marion Bless

For over seven years, Marion Bless has been an integral part of the team, taking on various roles—from developer to requirements analyst to project manager with personnel responsibility.

Project management is particularly close to her heart. Supporting teams in functioning well and not forgetting the human factor alongside economic efficiency is one of her greatest concerns. In line with this, she was the long-standing head of the project management community together with Wulf Oberschulte and passed on her knowledge not only to the Accso team. As part of the ASIP lecture series at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences, she shared her methodological knowledge and experience in project management with computer science students.

In her work, regardless of the specific task, one core principle stands out: people are at the center of every project. They are the key factor in determining whether a software project succeeds or not. This involves both the communication process among team members and the “language” between humans and machines. With academic backgrounds in German studies and computer science, she seamlessly combines linguistic and technical expertise to bridge these two critical dimensions.
