I’m a strategic leader with over 18 years of experience in cross-cultural tech environments. I’ve had the privilege of leading the design and implementation of several large-scale global digital programs for clients across Silicon Valley, Europe, and Asia, and managing their global product rollouts. Over the years, I’ve worked in various roles, including business development & sales, product & professional services delivery, as well as customer success.
At Accso, I focus on driving global sales & revenue growth, spearheading the international development of our business, and expanding our business network. My role involves closely understanding clients’ needs across industries, collaborating with the team to develop effective solutions, and ensuring our delivery projects have a meaningful real-world impact for our clients. I’m passionate about turning complex challenges into actionable strategies that enhance business value and build growth as well as long-term partnerships.

My educational background is rooted in Public & Development Management and the Environment, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Stellenbosch, majoring in Sociology, Geography, Business, and Economics. I then pursued a postgraduate degree in Geographic Information Systems, graduating cum laude. These studies provided me with a deep understanding of data analysis, human behavior, economic relationships, and business management, which has been instrumental in shaping my strategic approach across various roles. The analytical skills and technical knowledge gained during my education have been crucial in my professional journey, particularly in digital transformation and global business development.

There is no focus on any specific technology in my current role, as the development of tailor-made solutions largely depends on the customers’ technological setup and needs. In terms of my background, I have worked with a wide range of engineers, most recently with typical Java tech stacks for enterprise-level applications that provide a solid foundation for building scalable and robust solutions.

Everyone's different strengths are leveraged, making our teamwork highly effective.
